Services for Schools
The Training Advantage provides programs for teachers and education staff working with children with developmental and learning difficulties. Our experienced therapists help teachers with strategies to assist children in whole class or small groups. Delivered by The Complete Advantage team, our desire is to assist you in developing a range of skills across the spectrum in classroom management of developmental and learning difficulties. Through a collaborative approach between therapists and teachers, The Training Advantage has demonstrated strong educational outcomes for teachers and education staff.
Our experienced team will:
- Assist teachers to identify strengths and areas of improvement
- Provide relevant professional development activities based on the needs of the students
- Work with the teacher to develop appropriate classroom strategies and teaching programs
- Maintain a collaborative partnership with the classroom teacher as the teaching strategies and new ideas are implemented
Our service is flexible. Schools can choose from the range of workshops advertised on our training calendar or discuss specific programs to meet your unique needs. The Training Advantage is keen to work with regional schools.
