Services for Communities
The Training Advantage helps playgroups, child care centres, pre-kindergartens and community groups to develop effective skills in managing early learning intervention programs for children and children's behaviours.
Our experienced team of therapists and playgroup leaders will:
- Identify areas for learning development
- Facilitate appropriate training programs for parents and staff
- Monitor progress, identify problems and provide resources and solutions.
The Training Advantage will maintain a collaborative partnership between parents, carers and those working with children to identify and successfully increase skills and programs aimed at improving early learning development for children.
This approach provides children with the best possible chance to experience success as they progress through the formal education system. Our services is flexible. Playgroups, child care centres, pre-kindergarten and community groups can choose from a range of workshops form our training calendar or discuss specific programs to meet your unique needs.
