Private health rebates apply for most services. With a referral, Medicare rebates are available under the Chronic Condition & Complex Care Needs Plan, Helping Children with Autism Package, Allied Mental Health Services and services for patients of Torres Strait Islander or Aboriginal descent.
Our clinics are located in Bentley and Joondalup with home and school visits available in some suburbs.
