Ben de Klerk Ben de Klerk
- Manager - Training Advantage

  • Ben has participated in the establishment of various learning and development initiatives in South Africa, the UK, New Zealand and Australia. This included the establishment of organically grown training businesses and training departments within organisations in Logistics, Community Services, Information Technology, Perishable Products and the International Export industries.

The learning and development programs were initiated through organisational development, changes to business driven by opportunities that presented themselves through strategic planning, or a need to ensure sustainability. Outcomes were measured through achieving financial targets, productivity increases, client service, or business and systems improvement.

Personally I believe that it is important for employers and employees to share compatible values, agree on the long term organisational vision, and to be adaptable and flexible in implementation and delivery of realistic short term goals.

In his free time Ben loves running and sailing, and plays an active role in children's' sports development.

The Complete Advantage team also includes a number of sessional staff members.
